Director's dealings

The Company was notified on 16 December 2003 that Mr Nicholas Ounstead (Chief Executive Officer) exercised 100,000 
options over ordinary shares of 12.5p each ('Ordinary Shares') on 16 December 2003 (representing 0.22 per cent of the 
Company's issued ordinary share capital). Following the exercise of these options, Mr Ounstead's aggregate beneficial 
holding amounted to 198,700 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.44 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share 
capital).

On the same day Mr Ounstead sold 100,000 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary 
share capital) at 560 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the disposal of these Ordinary Shares, Mr Ounstead's 
aggregate beneficial holding amounted to 98,700 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.22 per cent. of the Company's issued 
ordinary share capital).
