Directors' Share Dealings
Topps Tiles Plc ('Topps' or the 'Company') was notified on 31 January 2000 of
the following share dealings in Ordinary Shares of 12.5p each in Topps
('Shares') by Directors of the Company.
The Shares were sold at a price of 372.5p per share on 31 January 2000 in
order to satisfy institutional demand and increase liquidity and were bought
by institutional investors.
