                               Holding in Company

The Company received notification today from Aegon Asset Management UK, that
following a purchase of 1,025,331 ordinary shares of 2.5p each on 8 June 2006,
Aegon Asset Management UK (registered in the name of Citibank Nominees Limited)
now has an interest in 9,474,673 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 4.18
per cent of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company was also notified today that as at 6 June 2006, Barclays PLC no
longer has a notifiable interest in the Company.
