NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING
The Company received notification on 15 February 2005 from Fidelity
International Limited ('FIL') that FIL and its direct and indirect subsidiaries
have a non-beneficial interest in 3,607,640 ordinary shares in the Company,
equivalent to 1.59 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The interest
is registered as follows:
Brown Bros Harrimn Ltd Lux 3,159,400
JP Morgan, Bournemouth 30,640
Citibank London 417,600
The Company also received notification on 15 February 2005 from FMR Corp ('FMR')
that FMR and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a non-beneficial interest
in 3,416,300 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent to 1.51 per cent. of the
Company's issued share capital. The interest is registered as follows:
Brown Bros Harriman and Co 166,300
Brown Bros Harriman and Co 2,150,000
State Street Bank and Tr Co 1,100,000
The notifications by FIL and FMR Corp also comprise a notifiable interest of Mr
Edward C Johnson 3rd, a principal shareholder of both FIL and FMR Corp.
