Return of Cash and Share Capital Consolidation
Results of EGM
Topps Tiles plc (the 'Company') is pleased to announce that its shareholders
have approved the return of £122.4 million of cash to shareholders at the
Company's EGM held today.
The following resolutions were duly passed at the Company's EGM. All four
resolutions were passed on a show of hands. For information, the proxy votes
