Topps Tiles plc (the "Company")

Exercise of SAYE Options and Notifications of Transactions of Directors/ PDMRs

Under the terms of the 2009 Save As You Earn Scheme ("SAYE Scheme") a total of 3,478,774 options over ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") vested on 1^st April 2012.  Pursuant to certain irrevocable commitments made by Executive Directors and other persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") following that date, the Company announces that on 2 April 2012, 2,770,545 Ordinary Shares have been exercised under the SAYE Scheme by Executive Directors, PDMRs and other employees.

The details of the number of Ordinary Shares that were exercised by Executive Directors and PDMRs of the Company are set out below:

The above disclosures are in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1 and no further disclosure is required.

Following the above exercise of options the total issued share capital of the Company will be 191,176,080 Ordinary Shares, each with equal voting rights. No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Topps Tiles plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
