Application has been made by TOTAL S.A. to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for the admission of 1,609,374 ordinary shares of TOTAL S.A, with a par value of 2.5 Euros per share, including (i) 942,799 ordinary shares issued from January to December 2013 in connection with the exercise of TOTAL S.A.'s share subscription option plans and (ii) 666,575 ordinary shares issued on July 1, 2014 in connection with a global free share plan intended to all Group Employees.

Dealings in these shares are expected to commence on November 24, 2014.
