TOTALLY PLC ('Totally' or 'the Company')
Acquisition of London Jewish News Limited ('LJN')
and Sojewish.co.uk Limited ('SJL')
Result of EGM of New Moon Publications PLC
The Directors of Totally announce that at the extraordinary general meeting of
New Moon Publications PLC ('New Moon'), the vendor of LJN and 71 per cent. of
SJL, held earlier today, all the enabling resolutions were passed by the
shareholders of New Moon.
Completion by Totally of the acquisitions of LJN and SJL is conditional upon
admission of the issued and to be issued share capital of the Company to AIM,
which is expected to occur on 28th November, 2000.
