                         TOTALLY PLC ('the Company')

The Company announces that pursuant to an option deed dated 20th October, 2000
the Company have called upon Sinclair Montrose Trust Limited to subscribe for
625,000 ordinary shares at 40 pence per share.  The net proceeds will be
utilised for working capital purposes.

Application has been made for the said shares to be admitted to trading on AIM
and it is expected that dealings will commence on 21st February, 2001.
