The Company announces that it has made an application for the admission of
52,750 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment
Market.  The shares were issued in connection with various contracts for
services entered into at the time of the Company's Admission to AIM on 31st
January, 2000.

It is expected that dealings in the said shares will commence on 12th
February, 2001.
