Totally, the community publisher and services provider, announces the
appointment of Shimon David Cohen, aged 43, as a non-executive director of the
Company with immediate effect.


Mr Cohen, who recently resigned as a long standing non-executive director of
Jewish Chronicle Newspapers Ltd, one of Totally's primary competitors in the UK,
has spent the last 14 years with Bell Pottinger Public Relations, managing
international communications strategies and media relations' programmes for a
host of Bell Pottinger's international clients, covering both the public and
private sectors.


Mr Cohen is not a director of any other company at present. During the last five
years Mr Cohen has been a director of Bell Pottinger Public Relations Ltd,
Jewish Chronicle Ltd, Institute for Jewish Policy Research, British Israel
Chamber of Commerce and Badgemost Ltd. He has confirmed that there is no further
information required to be disclosed under paragraph 15 of the AIM Rules.


By way of remuneration, Mr Cohen will receive options over 300,000 ordinary
shares per annum, which will be issued on appointment and on each subsequent
anniversary. Accordingly, Mr Cohen has been granted options over 300,000
ordinary shares, which are exercisable at 4.88p per share between 15th December
2006 and 15th December 2010.


Commenting on his appointment, Mr Cohen said: 'Totally has done very well to
survive the dot com boom and bust days. The company is now very well placed to
become a major global force in Jewish related media and services. I am looking
forward to working with a bright, young and dynamic team and to contributing to
the Company's future success.'

in the field of communications and media relations and he also has extensive
knowledge of, and contacts within, the world's major Jewish communities. We
believe his appointment represents a significant endorsement of the current
