Completion of Placing/TVR 

Further to the announcement by Tottenham Hotspur (AIM: TTNM.L) of the placing (the 'Placing') of 30 million new ordinary shares of 5p each (the 'New Shares'), the Company is pleased to confirm that the Placing has now completed, the Company has received the proceeds of the Placing and the New Shares have been admitted to trading on the AIM Market. 

As ENIC is the Company's major shareholder, the Placing constituted a related party transaction and, in accordance with the AIM Rules, Keith Mills, the independent Director of Tottenham Hotspur Plc, having consulted with the Company's Nominated Adviser, Seymour Pierce Limited, confirms that he considers that the terms of the Placing are fair and reasonable insofar as the Company's shareholders are concerned.

The Placing allows the Company to advance the proposed new stadium development project and submit a full planning application later this year with no detriment to the core operations of the business. 

Daniel Levy, Chairman said: 'We are delighted that we can progress the new stadium development without impacting our ability to compete on the field. The new stadium will be a fantastic facility for the Club and the local community whilst preserving the spirit and atmosphere or White Hart Lane.'

Following the Placing, the Company's issued share capital consists of 122,799,073 ordinary shares of 5p each, with one voting right per share. 

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 122,799,073.

The above figure of 122,799,073 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
