The board of Tottenham Hotspur plc announces that Paul Viner, Finance Director
and Company Secretary has left the Company by mutual agreement and resigned as a
Director of the Company with immediate effect.  At the present time, Andrew
Fearn, senior group financial controller, will undertake his responsibilities
and will report directly to the Board.
