                                  Board Change


Tottenham Hotspur plc announces that David Buchler, non-executive Vice Chairman
has decided to retire from the Board at the end of 2005 due to increasing
demands on his time from overseas business interests.


Commenting, Daniel Levy, Chairman, said:


'At the end of this year David will have been the non-executive Vice Chairman of
the Club for 5 years, a period which has seen much change at the Club.  David
knows that he will always be welcome at White Hart Lane and both I and my fellow
members of the Board would like to thank him for his contribution and support
and wish him well for the future.'
