In conformity with the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the Company
notifies the market that at the date of this  announcement, Tottenham Hotspur
PLC's share capital consists of 92,859,850 Ordinary Shares of 5p each with
voting  rights attached one vote per ordinary share.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 92,859,850.

The above total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they  will determine whether they are
required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in,
Tottenham  Hotspur PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
