                              Total Voting Rights

Further to previous announcements concerning the facility set up for
shareholders in the Company holding 10,000 ordinary shares or less ('Small
Shareholders') to be able to dispose of their shares in the Company at nil cost
('Nil Cost Dealing Facility'), the Company announces that Small Shareholders
have tendered 78,012 ordinary shares under the Nil Cost Dealing Facility prior
to the dealing date of 26 April 2007 and the Company has bought for cancellation
78,012 ordinary shares at 94.25p per share.

Following this transaction, there are 92,743,474 ordinary shares in issue. For
the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the total number of
voting rights in the Company is therefore 92,743,474.

The above total voting figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to
notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, Tottenham Hotspur PLC
under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
