Total Voting Rights

Tottenham Hotspur PLC announces that it has bought for cancellation 725,000 ordinary shares at 40p per share.

Following this transaction, there are 213,102,209 ordinary shares in issue.  For the purposes of the FSA Disclosure and Transparency Rules the total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 213,102,209.

The above total voting figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or change to their interest in, Tottenham Hotspur PLC under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
