                              Transfer of Holding

The Company was notified today by ENIC Sports Limited, which holds 30,406,649
ordinary shares ('the holding') in the Company representing 32.7 per cent of the
issued ordinary share capital in the Company, that it has today completed the
transfer of its holding, via ENIC Group Limited, to its ultimate group holding
company, ENIC International Limited, formerly Criales Holdings Limited.  The
transfer has been made at a price of 62.357p per share, being the average mid
market price for the month prior to this announcement. In addition the legal
title to the 44,205 Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares registered in ENIC
Sports Limited's name is being transferred to ENIC International Limited. This
follows the transfer of the beneficial ownership of those shares to ENIC
International Limited in April 2004.
