The Board of Touchstar plc ((AIM:TST) 'Touchstar', the 'Company' or 'the Group'), is pleased to announce that it expects the outcome for its financial year ended 31 December 2017 to be in line with market expectations with profit, adjusted for exceptional items, after tax expected to be approximately £400,000 on turnover for the year of approximately £8 million. The second half has seen continued progress in delivering new solutions and phasing out old products and pleasingly the second half has seen two subsidiaries; Touchstar OnBoard Retail and Touchstar Proof of Delivery, deliver significant roll outs of recently developed software solutions.

The NovoStar back office includes various functions; inventory management, galley planning, pricing and sales data. This functionality is supported with a sophisticated reporting suite which provides critical and real-time information that can be published on a management portal as well as conventional reports.

Using real time job information, clients are able to drag and drop jobs onto the relevant vehicles. Built-in checks, ensure that vehicles are not overloaded. Once a manifest has been created it is then automatically sent out to the drivers remotely in the field. Once downloaded the driver can receive their jobs and complete in real time.
Commenting on the roll-outs, Mark Hardy, CEO of Touchstar, said:
"These roll-outs are further key milestones for Touchstar new product innovations. In both instances, the project leaders on either side of the partnership performed well and the implementation of the systems in a timely period was due to their combined efforts and the ease with which cloud based systems can be implemented."
