SALE OF COMMON SHARES AND DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

CALGARY, ALBERTA (July 5, 2024) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that the Company's President, Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director, Mr. Paul Baay, sold an aggregate 12,900 common shares of no par value in the Company ("Common Shares") on June 27, 2024 and July 3, 2024. The proceeds from the sale of Common Shares were to satisfy the costs and withholding taxes associated with Mr. Baay's share option exercise announced on June 3, 2024.

The notification below, made in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail regarding the transactions noted above.
