Touchstone Exploration Inc. (TSX / LSE: TXP), an oil and gas exploration and production company active in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, was notified on 28 July 2017 that North Energy Capital AS, a Norwegian incorporated company with registered address Tjuvholmen Alle 3, Oslo, acquired 475,000 common shares of the Company. Subsequent to the purchase, North Energy Capital AS holds 3,535,000 Touchstone common shares representing 3.3% of the Company's outstanding and issued common shares.
