SALE OF COMMON SHARES AND DIRECTOR / PDMR SHAREHOLDING

CALGARY, ALBERTA (June 20, 2023) - Touchstone Exploration Inc. ("Touchstone" or the "Company") (TSX, LSE: TXP) reports that non-executive director Dr. Harrie Vredenburg sold 2,600 common shares of the Company at a price of C$1.01 (approximately 60 pence) per common share on June 15, 2023, the proceeds of which covered a portion of the withholding taxes associated with the share option exercise and initial common share sale previously announced on June 12, 2023.
