TOWER RESOURCES PLC ('the Company')

On 19 May 2008, the Company was informed that on 15 May 2008 CIM Special Situations Fund limited ('CIM') sold 1,500,000 shares in the capital of the Company, and on 16 May 2008 CIM sold 1,000,000 shares in the capital of the Company. Following these disposals CIM holds 20 million shares, representing 3.72% of the total voting rights of the Company.
