Tower Resources plc, the oil and gas exploration company with interests in sub-Saharan Africa, principally in Uganda and Namibia, announces that it was advised on 13 October that as at 6 October 2009 Barclays PLC no longer held reportable voting rights attaching to the share capital of the Company.
