Annual General Meeting Update

This announcement provides an update to the arrangements for the Company's 2021 Annual General Meeting ("AGM" or "Meeting"), which will be held at 2.30pm on 27 July 2021 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89/91 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS, and as detailed in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 3rd June 2021 ("Notice") a copy of which can be obtained on the Company's website at  https://www.trproperty.com/category/annual-report/ .

At the time the Notice was issued government restrictions were in place in relation to Covid-19.

We anticipated being able to hold a physical meeting for shareholders to attend but were unsure of what limitations might still be in place.

The government has recently announced that with effect from 19th July 2021 all Covid-19 related restrictions will be lifted. Following this announcement, the venue for the AGM, the Royal Automobile Club, confirmed that accordingly it would also lift all restrictions.

We are delighted to be able to welcome shareholders to our AGM. However, we are aware that  shareholders may not wish to attend in person and the arrangements for the live webcast of the formal AGM, manager's presentation and questions and answers remain in place. The webcast will not enable Shareholders to participate in the Meeting or vote, however shareholders are invited to submit questions through our website by 12.00 noon on 26th July 2021. Questions of a very similar nature may be grouped together to ensure the orderly running of the AGM. The link to the live webcast will shortly be published on our website.

We strongly encourage all shareholders to vote in advance by completing the form of proxy and appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy rather than any other named person. This will ensure that their vote will be counted if they (or any other proxy they might otherwise appoint) are not able to attend the meeting.

The health and wellbeing of our shareholders, management team and other service providers remain the Board's primary concern. For that reason, chairs will be spaced to allow for social distancing. The Notice did state that refreshments would not be provided, and although we will not provide the usual post meeting refreshments, tea and coffee will be available on arrival.

No guests will be permitted other than carers accompanying a shareholder and there will be no mingling or further questioning of the manager after the formal Question and Answers session closes.

To assist us with planning and seating arrangements it would be extremely helpful if shareholders intending to attend the AGM would register their intention to do so as soon as practicable by e-mail to the following dedicated address: cmuk-trpropertyinvestment@linkgroup.co.uk

The Company will continue to monitor the situation and the latest available public health guidance and will provide any further updates in relation to the Meeting by an RNS announcement as and when necessary.  Shareholders are asked to continue to consult the website in the period leading up to the event where any unexpected restrictions or changes will also be set out.
