Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2010

On 2 June 2010, TR Property Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announced its final results for the year ended 31 March 2010 under RNS number 9801M. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

The Company now announces that it has today posted its annual report and financial statements to shareholders together with the notice of the 2010 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and forms of proxy. The Company will hold its AGM at 12 noon on Tuesday, 27 July 2010 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89/91 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5HS.

Two copies of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2010 incorporating the Notice of AGM and forms of proxy have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority (the "UKLA") and will shortly be available for inspection at the UKLA's Document Viewing Facility which is situated at:

At the AGM it is proposed that the Company adopts new articles of association. A summary of the proposed changes is set out on pages 97 to 98 of the annual report and accounts. Copies of the proposed new articles of association have also been submitted to the UK Listing Authority.
