Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 March 2011

On 25 May 2011, TR Property Investment Trust plc (the "Company") announced its final results for the year ended 31 March 2011 under RNS number 2285H. This announcement contained the regulated information in relation to annual financial reports required to be made public in unedited full text by Disclosure and Transparency Rule 6.3.5.

The Company now announces that it has today posted its annual report and financial statements to shareholders together with the notice of the 2011 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and forms of proxy. The Company will hold its AGM at 12 noon on Tuesday, 26 July 2011 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89/91 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5HS.

Copies of the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 incorporating the Notice of AGM and proxy forms have also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do

The Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2011 and Notice of AGM are now available on the Company's website at www.trproperty.co.uk.
