Appointment of Senior Independent Director

On 26 March 2013, TR Property Investment Trust plc announced that the Company's Chairman, Peter Salsbury, will retire at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23 July 2013 and that he would be succeeded as Chairman by Caroline Burton, currently the Senior Independent Director.

TR Property Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce that Hugh Seaborn will become Senior Independent Director of the Board with effect from 23 July 2013, following Caroline's transition to Chairman. Hugh joined the Board in July 2007. He is Chief Executive Officer of the Cadogan Estate and a member of the Council and Audit Committee of the Duchy of Lancaster.
