TR Property Investment Trust plc announces that following the Annual General Meeting to be held on 23^rd July 2013, Peter Salsbury, Director and currently Chairman of the board, will retire.

He will be succeeded as Chairman by Caroline Burton, currently the Senior Independent Director.
