Correction to announcement released at 07:00 on 20 May 2021 under RNS reference 2114Z.   Kate Bolsover was appointed as a non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director of City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited (instead of the originally announced City Merchants High Income Trust Limited).  The corrected announcement is set out below.  No other information has been updated .

 

Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R the Company announces that, with effect from 19 May 2021, Kate Bolsover has been appointed as a non-Executive Director and the Senior Independent Director of City Merchants High Yield Trust Limited.
