The Company has been informed today that, Alison Watson, the wife of David Watson, a Director of the Company, acquired 214 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company on 3 August 2012 as part of a dividend reinvestment plan. The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £1.6068 per share.

David Watson now has an interest in 8,577 Ordinary shares, all of which are held by his wife, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (380,297,000) in the Company.
