The Company announces that as part of the Company's conversion of the Sigma Shares, Hugh Seaborn, a Director of the Company, acquired 5,989 Ordinary shares of 25p each, on 17 December 2012.

Hugh Seaborn now has an interest in 11,874 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (317,875,980) in the Company.
