The Company announces that as part of the Company's conversion of the Sigma Shares, Peter Salsbury, a Director and Chairman of the Company, acquired an interest in 57,190 Ordinary shares of 25p each, on 17 December 2012.

Peter Salsbury now has a direct holding of 49,798 Ordinary shares and a beneficial interest in a holding by his wife Mrs S E Salsbury of 39,892 Ordinary shares.  He now has a total interest in 89,690 Ordinary shares, representing less than 0.03% of the total voting rights (317,875,980) in the Company.
