The Company announces that as part of the Company's conversion of the Sigma Shares, Simon Marrison, a Director of the Company, acquired 3,232 Ordinary shares of 25p each, on 17 December 2012.

Simon Marrison now has an interest in 13,232 Ordinary Shares, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (317,875,980) in the Company.
