The Company has been informed that, Alison Watson, the wife of David Watson, a Director of the Company, acquired 93 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company on 8 January 2015 as part of a dividend reinvestment plan.  The Ordinary shares were bought at a price of £2.85 per share.

David Watson now has an interest in 9,237 Ordinary shares, all of which are held by his wife, representing less than 0.01% of the total voting rights (317,500,980) in the Company.
