Following a meeting of the Board of TR Property Investment Trust plc on 26 May 2009, the Board announced that Mr Richard Stone will step down as Chairman of the Audit Committee with effect from 1st August 2009 and become the Company's Senior Independent Director. Mr Paul Spencer will succeed Mr Richard Stone as Chairman of the Audit Committee.
