DIRECTORATE CHANGES

David Watson

TR Property Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of David Watson to the Board. David has had a distinguished career as a Finance Director, including M&G Group plc; Prudential plc and most recently at Aviva as CFO of Aviva (formerly Norwich Union) General Insurance. He is presently a non-executive director with Charles Taylor Consulting plc, Kames Capital plc and Hermes Fund Managers Limited, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. David is a Chartered Accountant and has wide experience including the operation and oversight of Unit and Investment Trusts. He will join the board with effect from 1 April 2012.

Other than as set out above there are no items requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UKLA's Listing Rules.

Richard Stone

TR Property Investment Trust plc announces that Richard Stone will retire from the Board of Directors following the AGM on July 24th 2012. Richard has served on the board since 2000. Mr Peter Salsbury, Chairman, said 'On behalf of the Board I thank Richard for his significant contribution to the development of the Trust including his years as Chairman of the Audit Committee, and Senior Independent Director'. 

Caroline Burton

TR Property Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce that Caroline Burton will become Senior Independent Director of the Board with effect from July 24th following the retirement of Richard Stone. Caroline joined the Board in 2002. She is a non-executive director of Rathbones plc, Blackrock Smaller Companies Investment Trust plc, Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Ltd and a member of the Management Committee of Hermes Property Unit Trust.
