John Glenn

TR Property Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of John Glenn as a non-executive Director of the Board with effect from 17 February 2014.

John is currently Chief Executive of Buccleuch and a member of the Board of Project Scotland. He was formerly Chief Financial Officer of Air Liquide and Vice Chairman of the European Financial Reporting Council.

Other than as set out above there are no items requiring disclosure under paragraph 9.6.13 of the UKLA's Listing Rules.
