Disclosure of rights attached to equity shares

The Company announces that in accordance with paragraph 9.2.6E of the Listing Rules (disclosure of rights attached to equity shares), the Company has uploaded to the National Storage Mechanism ('NSM') a copy of its articles of association, which set out the principal rights and restrictions attached to its Ordinary Shares. A document  has also been forwarded to the NSM, setting out the changes which have occurred in relation to the rights attached to the Company's equity shares since the publication of its Articles of Association on 17 December 2012, namely the cancellation of the Deferred Share following the conversion of the Sigma Shares to Ordinary Shares, as approved by Shareholders on 14 December 2012.

There have been no changes to the rights attached to the Ordinary Shares of the Company since the publication of the Articles of Association.
