Declaration of Dividends

The Directors of TR Property Investment Trust plc have declared the following dividends:

Ordinary Shares  

An interim dividend of 2.30p per Ordinary share, for the year ending 31st March 2009, will be paid on 13 January 2009 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 December 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 December 2008.

Sigma Shares

An interim dividend of 0.90p per Sigma share, for the year ending 31st March 2009, will be paid on 13 January 2009 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 12 December 2008. The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 10 December 2008.
