NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 15th July 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 172.0p (and 170.3p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 168.5p (and 166.9p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 15th July 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 84.4p (and 83.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 82.6p (and 81.8p including debt marked at fair value).
