NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 16th September 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 186.3p (and 184.5p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 182.3p (and 180.5p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 16th September 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 88.7p (and 87.9p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 86.7p (and 85.9p including debt marked at fair value).
