NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 6th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 189.3p (and 187.7p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 185.7p (and 184.0p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 6th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 91.0p (and 90.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 89.1p (and 88.3p including debt marked at fair value).
