NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 8th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 187.8p (and 186.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 184.2p (and 182.5p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 8th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 90.0p (and 89.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 88.1p (and 87.3p including debt marked at fair value).
