NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 12th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 192.8p (and 191.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 189.1p (and 187.4p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 12th August 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 92.0p (and 91.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 90.1p (and 89.3p including debt marked at fair value).
