NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 2nd December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 136.6p (and 134.9p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 131.6p (and 129.9p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 2nd December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 63.0p (and 62.1p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 60.6p (and 59.7p including debt marked at fair value).
