NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 5th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 137.6p (and 135.9p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 132.3p (and 130.6p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 5th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 64.0p (and  63.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 61.5p (and 60.7p including debt marked at fair value).
