NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 16th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 141.2p (and 139.5p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 138.1p (and 136.4p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 16th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 66.0p (and  65.2p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 64.4p (and 63.6p including debt marked at fair value).
