NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 19th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 147.3p (and 145.6p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 144.3p (and 142.6p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 19th December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 68.8p (and  67.9p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 67.1p (and 66.3p including debt marked at fair value).
