NET ASSET VALUES

Ordinary Shares

As at close of business on 22nd December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 147.0p (and 145.3p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 143.9p (and 142.2p including debt marked at fair value).  

Sigma Shares

As at close of business on 22nd December 2008, the unaudited net asset value per ordinary share including current financial year revenue items was 69.2p (and  68.4p including debt marked at fair value). The unaudited net asset value excluding current financial year revenue items was 67.6p (and 66.7p including debt marked at fair value).
